At Bohorang, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read below for details on our shipping process.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
Shipping Time & Delivery
- Metro cities: 3 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro cities and rest of India: 3 business days after dispatch
- Remote/rural areas: 3 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount (displayed at checkout).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional COD handling fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your package in real time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number at inquiry.bohorang@gmail.com and we will investigate with our courier partner.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Bohorang is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
