Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at inquiry.bohorang@gmail.com.

1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

4. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged or Store credit can be issued.

    6. Purchase Location:
    • Item purchased at our retail store can be returned for store credit only.
    • Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.

    7. Credit Note:
    • The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
    • If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it.

    8. Self-shipping In-case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

    9. Non-returnable Items:
    • Gift wrap cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

    Exchange Policy: w.e.f - 14th August 2024
    1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
    2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
    3. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
    4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
    5. Product Exchange:
    • If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
    • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
    • Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.

    Refund Policy:
    1. Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Our quality check.
    2. Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
    3. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
    4. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the BOHORANG team. Concerns must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.

    International Orders:
    • Currently, we do not offer a return or exchange policy for international customers. For any queries, please contact us at inquiry.bohorang@gmail.com
    • If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped to receive a full refund. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
    • If a defective product is received, contact us immediately at inquiry.bohorang@gmail.com 
    with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect. We will provide either a credit notes or a refund for the defective product after investigation; no replacement will be sent.
